3.I / My ward understand that acceptance of this application does not guarantee the date of the test, and the grading fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
4.I / My ward promise to take part in all the activities conducted under the banner of my Karate School and the Federation.
5.If I / My ward fail to abide by the rules mentioned above and the Karate School's rules & regulations, disciplinary action may be taken, including cancellation of my certificate and dismissal from the dojo / Karate School.
6.Any injuries sustained during the test are not the responsibility of the Karate teacher or the management of the academy.
