Our Karate program follows the Shotokan tradition, blending powerful linear techniques with modern sports science. Students progress through a structured belt system — from White to Black — mastering kihon (basics), kata (forms) and kumite (sparring) under internationally certified instructors.
History & Heritage
Karate was born in the Ryukyu Kingdom of Okinawa and refined in mainland Japan in the early 20th century by masters like Gichin Funakoshi. Today it is a WKF-governed Olympic discipline practised by over 100 million people worldwide. Dozeplay Academy has championed Karate in India since 2008, producing 40+ national medallists.

Expect explosive kicking drills, poomsae (patterns), electronic-scoring sparring and a high-energy environment that transforms fitness and reflexes. Our competition squad regularly represents state and national teams.

Developed in Korea in the 1940s–50s from ancient arts like Taekkyeon, Taekwondo became a full Olympic sport at Sydney 2000. India's Taekwondo movement has grown rapidly, and our academy has been at its forefront with an Asian-Games-medallist-led coaching team.

Not at all. MMA Fundamentals is designed for complete beginners — technique first, conditioning scaled to your level, and sparring only when you're ready and willing.
Judo, 'the gentle way', teaches maximum efficiency with minimum effort. Students learn spectacular throws (nage-waza), pins and groundwork (ne-waza), and — most importantly — how to fall safely. Our dojo follows the International Judo Federation syllabus with a strong Olympic-pathway focus and one of North India's best junior programs.
History & Heritage
Founded by Jigoro Kano in 1882, Judo was the first martial art to enter the Olympics (Tokyo 1964). It is practised in 200+ countries and is a cornerstone of physical education worldwide. Our program is led by national-team coaching staff and has sent athletes to Khelo India and national championships.
