When you register with us, we collect: student and parent/guardian names, date of birth, gender, contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email, address), medical information relevant to safe training, emergency contacts, and identity documents (passport photo, ID proof, medical certificate where applicable).
When you browse our website, we may collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, via cookies and analytics tools.
We use your information to: process registrations and manage student records; schedule classes, gradings and events; contact you about batches, fees, events and academy updates; ensure student safety, including sharing relevant medical details with the assigned coach and first-aid staff; issue certificates, receipts and tax-exemption documents; and improve our website and services.
We never sell your personal data. We share information only with: the affiliated club and coaches responsible for the student's training; sports federations for tournament entries and grading records (with your consent); payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) to complete transactions; and authorities where required by law.
Most of our students are minors. We collect children's data only from and with the consent of a parent or guardian. Parents may review, correct or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us.
Classes, gradings and events may be photographed or filmed for academy records and promotion. During registration you may opt out of promotional use of your or your child's images by informing your club administrator in writing.
Records are stored on access-controlled systems and shared only with authorised staff. We retain student records for the duration of enrolment and up to five years after, for certification and legal purposes, unless earlier deletion is requested and legally permissible.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent for promotional communication at any time. Write to us at the email below; we respond within 30 days.
