Enrolment is complete only after submission of the registration form, required documents and applicable fees. The academy may decline or discontinue enrolment for conduct, safety or administrative reasons. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Fees are payable monthly, quarterly or annually in advance and are non-refundable except where a batch is cancelled by the academy. A student absent for a full calendar month with prior written notice may request a fee hold. Grading, event and uniform fees are separate from training fees.
Martial arts involves physical contact and carries inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, you confirm the student is medically fit to train and that all relevant medical conditions and injuries have been disclosed. Protective equipment prescribed by the coach is mandatory. The academy maintains first-aid trained staff at every club and will seek emergency medical care where needed at the guardian's cost.
Students must show respect to coaches, training partners and opponents; techniques learned must never be used except in genuine self-defence; bullying, abuse or misuse of skills leads to suspension or expulsion without refund. Parents and guardians are expected to support a respectful training environment.
Promotion is solely at the discretion of the examination panel based on attendance, skill and conduct. Grading fees are payable per attempt and are not refundable on an unsuccessful attempt. Event participation may require separate registration, fees and medical certification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the academy, its coaches and affiliated clubs are not liable for injuries sustained during ordinary training or competition conducted with reasonable care, nor for loss of personal belongings on premises.
The academy may photograph or record classes and events for records and promotion. Opt-out of promotional use is available as described in our Privacy Policy.
