Coach Vikram spent six years with the Indian national setup before dedicating himself to grassroots development. His junior program is regarded among North India's best — three Khelo India gold medallists in four years — built on his philosophy that great judoka are grown 'ukemi-first, ego-last'. Parents know him as the calmest voice in the loudest sports hall.
