Senior Coach — Karate (Kumite)
A South Asian Games silver medallist raised in Dharamshala, Coach Tenzin teaches kumite as a game of centimetres — distance, timing, and the courage to attack first. His reaction-light drills and footwork ladders are a rite of passage for our Elite Kumite Squad, which has medalled at every national event since 2022.
